Do we have a physical location to pick up from? We do not have a retail location to pick up from because our cutter is not in Ottawa. We are a butcher shop that delivers not a retail butcher shop to purchase in-store.

How does the ordering process work? Select your products online, pay through the website (by credit card or eTransfer) & your order will be delivered within 5 business days in the Greater Ottawa area.

Can I schedule a delivery time? If you email us after you place your order, we will try our utmost to accommodate your wishes.

What are the delivery options and fees? We deliver inside the Greater Ottawa/Gatineau area within 5 business days.

Does your product arrive fresh or frozen? We cut every order fresh but due to shipping, freezing your order may be required.

Is there a minimum order requirement? We do not have a minimum order size.

Our shipping rates are as follows:
1) Inside the Ottawa Area, orders under $250 are charged $10 delivery, but orders greater than $250 have FREE delivery.

What is the packaging and handling process for the meat and seafood products during delivery to ensure freshness? All of our products are cut & wrapped in Federally inspected & regulated processing plants. We offer vacuum wrapped product for easy storage or use & we deliver in freezer bags with ice packs.
