Great Tasting sausages!

I've been searching for a long time for the perfect breakfast sausage and these are it! Perfect blend of spices without being overpowering, contains no preservatives or dairy products which is great if you have dietary restrictions. Great product all around has become a regular item in my Wiser Meats order!

Is your chicken liver free range?

I would love to buy your chicken liver but I am very hesitant since there is no mention that it is free range ! If it is, would you please mention this in the website.

Veal bones

Wiser Meats delivered my 20lbs of bones very promptly and with friendly service. The bones are very good: just the right size and with lots of marrow. My sauces thank you!

Great marrow filled bones!

I used them for bone broth. Marrow filled bones do make a cloudier broth, but it turned out very rich and tasty.

Cured board bacon

I went away on the long weekend and got some really good food from Wiser. The Bison was to die for, but the boar bacon was the nicest I've ever seen. It doesn't taste like normal bacon - it has a much heartier flavour. and being cured kinda makes it a bit like salami - different, in the best way.
