Veal bones

Wiser Meats delivered my 20lbs of bones very promptly and with friendly service. The bones are very good: just the right size and with lots of marrow. My sauces thank you!

I used them for bone broth. Marrow filled bones do make a cloudier broth, but it turned out very rich and tasty.

Cured board bacon

I went away on the long weekend and got some really good food from Wiser. The Bison was to die for, but the boar bacon was the nicest I've ever seen. It doesn't taste like normal bacon - it has a much heartier flavour. and being cured kinda makes it a bit like salami - different, in the best way.

Will purchase again

I cook chunks of pork back fat in the air fryer and make it crispy. Then I drain the fat out of the bottom and use it to cook with. I will definitely purchase this again.

Great stewing beef!

When I first started ordering this I would cut it up further to meet the size I thought it should be, but I soon realized that after a few hours in the crock pot, they were perfectly proportioned. Therefore, in addition to being deliciously balanced in fat to protein for a great taste, the pre-cut pieces saved me time in the kitchen too. Highly recommended.

So when I finally decided to roast a whole pig for a family and friends gathering, I reached out to him directly and he did not disappoint. Great chicken breasts!

These chicken breasts are consistently large, plump, flavourful, and juicy. Basically everything you could ask for in a chicken breast. I've used them in different recipes, but most often I just toss them on the grill and they come out perfect everytime. Highly recommended.
