I used them for bone broth. Marrow filled bones do make a cloudier broth, but it turned out very rich and tasty.

I went away on the long weekend and got some really good food from Wiser. The Bison was to die for, but the boar bacon was the nicest I've ever seen. It doesn't taste like normal bacon - it has a much heartier flavour. and being cured kinda makes it a bit like salami - different, in the best way.
